1. Choose "United States" and enter US iTunes Store.
2. Click and enter "App Store".
3. Choose any "Free Apps".
4. Click "Free App". A window will pop-up and promt you to create new account.
5. "Continue".
6. Agree T&C and "Continue".
7. Fill your Apple ID details. Your login ID will be email address.
8. Choose "none" as payment method. Fill address and "Continue".
9. Check your mailbox and verify Apple ID. You have completed the creation of US iTunes Store account.
